Summary of Experience

Executive
2003 to 12/2007 – General Manager of a $20 million division of a major event marketing company. This incorporated responsibility for in- house design, engineering, production, warehousing, graphics, and sales support as well as all financial reporting for the region.

1999 to 2002 – Director of Cost Management. Designed and implemented cost management system. This included cost summary sheets and cost variance reports. Worked with the various divisions to maximize production efficiencies.

Consultant
1995 to 1999- Business consultant specializing in mergers and acquisitions of manufacturing companies. Worked with high tech resource company and a start up document management company.

Business Owner
1980 to1995- Owned and managed aluminum fabricating plant. The products included aluminum blinds, awnings and room enclosures. Primary vendor for Sears in Eastern PA, Southern NJ, and Delaware. Sales in the $7M-$10M range.

Prior Experience
Tax Manager and Divisional Controller for two large corporations.
